Assessment Timeline
All Official SIRI Assessment follows a standard guideline governed by INCIT. Typically, an assessment will take 2 days. For larger sites, our assessors will consider additional days.
In all cases, our assessors will tailor the on-site agenda to meet your specific operational needs. Your daily operations will remain uninterrupted.

Format: Online Meeting
Deliverables: Schedule, Attendance, Resource, Data Requirement and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Duration: 2 hours
Format: Online Meeting
Deliverables: Team Briefing and SIRI Framework Introduction.
Duration: 1 to 2 days
Format: On-site Evaluation
Deliverables: Gemba Walk, Stakeholder Interviews and Group Discussions.
Duration: 2 hours
Format: Online Meeting
Deliverables: Presenting the assessment results, outlining key insights, and providing next steps the company should take. Debrief is usually held 2 weeks after on-site evaluation and on-time submission of required data.
Deliverables: Submission of Formal Report in electronic copy.
Every formal report includes a certifiable emblem issued by INCIT.
